About Us

At Fishfb, we only make the products we love. Our decks are hand crafted with care and attention to detail. Made in Manchester UK. 

With nearly 25 years experience of fingerboarding, we have designed our mold and shapes for performance; giving our decks incredible power for pops and refined control for flips!

Shipping

If a product is in a stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving payment. If you purchase a product that is out of stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 weeks, as it will need to be made to order.

Shipping in the UK by 1st class tracked should arrive within 1-2 days, but is subject to Royal Mail. International orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. We will provide tracking where possible.

For international orders, there may be charges for taxes, duties, or customs. We have no control over these and the buyer is responsible for the charges and the amount.


Refunds

As products are handmade, all sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturing defects. If you are not satisfied and would like to request a refund, please contact us. Products must be unused and upon request, we will require photos to see the issue. We always aim to be fair and provide satisfaction but ultimately, Fish.fb's decision is final.
